| Аннотация | The article discusses possibilities of application of the program-target method in regulation of regional development. It is shown that elaboration of economic strategies is based on the same approaches, adapted to the long perspective conditions. There are given stages and some program arrangements of the Strategy of socio-economic development of the Murmansk region for the period to the year of 2025. |
