АннотацияThe article proposes approaches to assessing the physical and economic access to food, and an assessment of the average food consumption in the Vologda region, taking into account the differentiation according to income. Trends in food consumption in urban and rural households are considered. The results of the population's effective demand for basic foodstuffs study are given.
