| Аннотация | The article describes the possibility to modernize the socio-economic system of the region on the basis of spiritual component. In modern conditions it’s necessary for the Republic, as well as for the whole country, to include a revival component of Russian spirituality in the process of modernization. The authors characterize the investment process in the Republic of Karelia in this article and consider the necessity to increase investment in human capital in the implementation of a major integrated project “Spiritual rebirth of the North”. |
