| Аннотация | The article gives the grounds for lifelong learning as one of the conditions for human capital formation. The parameters that can be a base for evaluating the involvement of the population in the educational process are defined. Professional training of population was studied at the regional level on the basis of opinion polls. The results of the analysis allowed the authors to reveal the conditions that promote and hinder the development of lifelong learning system in the region. |
