| Аннотация | The paper proposes to refine the analysis of the built resources by distinguishing intentional and non-intentional resources. The proposed distinction enables us to reconsider the actors' role in the territorial dynamics by integrating the local population in the analysis and helps to reformulate the specification of resources. Secondly, the authors propose a typology of resources in the knowledge economy. In a global economy, knowledge based clusters rely on cognitive, relational and symbolic resources. The combination of these resources is a condition for the building of the learning regions. |
